We host and maintain what we build. For existing software from someone else, we first look at it during the intake and tell you honestly whether taking it over makes sense.
Bugs in our work are always fixed for free. If something outside our work breaks, like a service your software depends on, we sort it out within the agreement.
Yes. You can end the agreement with the notice period we agreed on. We hand over everything, documented, to you or to another party.
