Services
Four ways to work with SolwareX, each ending in the same place: working software, documented, in production. What goes into a project is decided by your needs, not a feature list; SEO, Google Analytics, integrations and whatever else it takes are all part of the conversation.
Web app development
Most business software falls somewhere between a website and a full platform: a SaaS product with accounts and billing, an internal tool that removes a spreadsheet nobody wants to maintain, a dashboard that ties two systems together. SolwareX builds that kind of web application end to end, and keeps it running afterwards.
The stack is proven on our own products, MyChar (mychar.gg) and GetGiven (getgiven.com): Nuxt and Vue with TypeScript, Supabase for auth, database and storage, Stripe for payments, and whatever API integrations the project needs. It deploys to Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare or wherever you prefer, under your own account. Bring your own design and we build to it, or we handle the design too; either way works. What the product actually does is decided in the intake, and the things that are easy to forget, SEO, Google Analytics, documentation and handover, come along as part of the work.
Tebex Headless webstores
Tebex handles game-server payments well, but the hosted templates all look alike, load slowly and cap what you can do with branding, SEO and checkout. SolwareX builds storefronts from scratch on the Tebex Headless API instead. Our own store, RX Scripts (rxscripts.xyz), runs this way and carries more than 300 five-star reviews; the One Studios store (onestudios.gg) runs on the same foundation, with its changelog and product docs built straight into the site. Both are living proof you can click through before committing to anything.
What your store includes is up to you. Gifting, coupons, an in-site checkout or the Tebex checkout page, customer purchase history, Discord integration, SEO, Google Analytics: it can all be done. Bring your own design and we build to it, or we design it with you, and the intake is where we decide what actually makes sense for your store.
FiveM scripts
The engineering behind game servers is real engineering: performance under load, framework compatibility, systems that keep working after every update. SolwareX has been building it commercially since 2023, on a foundation laid across years of running game servers and small webstores.
The track record: over 150 scripts shipped for the community and webstores, the One Inventory product (onestudios.gg), and the open-source fmLib compatibility library that lets one codebase run on ESX, QBCore and QBox. Whatever your server needs, from a single script to a full gameplay system, is exactly the conversation the intake is for. Selling those scripts, and the community around them, is often a Discord bot job too, which is a service of its own.
Discord bot development
Off-the-shelf Discord bots stop where your business starts. They cannot talk to your store, check your licenses or answer questions from your own documentation. SolwareX builds the ones that can.
The proof runs across our own communities: production bots handling purchase delivery, license management, ticketing with transcripts, role automation and translated support. One of them answers questions straight from the product documentation with an AI assistant on the Claude API, cutting the repetitive half of the support queue. Whatever your community or store needs automating, from a simple utility bot to a full commerce and support backend, starts with the intake.
Reviews from people who paid for it
"The support here is top tier. I asked could webhooks be added to the script for all sales and it was done with the next update."
"Most complete and advanced inventory you can find on the market. Recommended!"
Questions clients ask before hiring SolwareX
SolwareX takes on a limited number of projects and runs its own products next to client work. The intake call is where we are honest about start dates. Once we agree a timeline, it holds.
Everything we deliver is built to survive without us: documented, conventional stack choices, deployment under your control. Our own products run unattended for weeks at a time; client work gets the same treatment.
You do, after the final payment, including the documentation. For licensed products sold through our own stores, standard license terms apply instead.
Bugs in delivered work are always fixed at no charge; that is part of the deal, not a limited warranty window. Maintaining the site beyond that, like keeping dependencies updated or evolving the product, is optional and priced together based on what it needs.
You receive a proper invoice from a registered Dutch business (KVK 93940254, VAT NL005053176B36). Fixed-scope projects are paid in full up front; for ongoing work an hourly rate can be agreed instead. Reverse-charge VAT is possible for EU business clients.
