The challenge

Anyone building a personal brand, whether a creator, a small business or a gamer, wants a page that actually looks like them, not one of the three templates everyone else uses. The well-known link-in-bio tools offer almost no design control and no depth, so every profile blends into the next.

What we built

A link-in-bio platform where people design their own page instead of picking a template, with an editor that is the page itself and an admin center that runs the whole platform.

An editor that is the page itself

Most page builders put a form next to a small preview. In MyChar, the editor is your actual page, built from the same parts your visitors see. Click your name or bio to type in place, click a section to manage it, drag the music player, view counter or comments to any corner, and style everything from a sidebar while the page changes live. What you see is exactly what visitors get.

Every option belongs to the Free, Pro or Elite plan, and the server checks it on every save, so a page never shows more than its plan allows. Locked options stay visible in the editor, and upgrading saves your work first.

Analytics on every page

Every page has its own statistics: views, clicks, click rate and live visitors, charts over time and clicks per link, clip and gear item. On Pro, people also see countries, devices, browsers and where their visitors came from, QR code scans included. Bots and the owner's own visits are filtered out, and each visitor counts once per day.

An admin center behind it all

MyChar runs from an admin center with 15 tools and three staff roles, admin, manager and moderator. Each role sees only what it needs, and the server checks that on every request.

Payments without another subscription

MyChar is free forever, with one-time Pro and Elite upgrades through Stripe instead of a monthly fee, and a custom domain add-on that puts the page on your own domain.

The result

MyChar is live at mychar.gg with more than 500 users across free and paid plans. SolwareX built it, hosts it and decides where it goes next. The community runs on our own MyChar Discord Bot.
