RX Scripts Discord Bot

The challenge

The RX Scripts community lives on Discord. That is where customers confirm their purchases, ask about orders and open support tickets, in every time zone and in many languages. Doing that by hand stops working long before 10,000 members, and ready-made bots cannot talk to a Tebex store.

What we built

A bot of our own, connected directly to the store:

• Purchases from the store linked to the customer's Discord account, with the right roles handed out automatically
• Order lookups, so customers get answers without waiting for a person
• Support tickets with a full, searchable history of every conversation
• Support replies translated automatically by DeepL, so customers get help in their own language
• Reviews, statistics and suggestions that keep the community involved
• Self-chosen roles and fun community events between releases

The result

The bot handles first-line support for a community of more than 10,000 members, day and night. Order checks, new tickets and language barriers are handled before a person even looks, which is the only way a small team can support a store with 20,000 customers. The store itself is a case of its own: RX Scripts.
