The challenge
Running social media for a business is two jobs. First you have to make something worth posting: a video, an image, a caption that sounds like the brand. Then you have to post it everywhere, one app at a time, bending the same message to each network's rules. Captions get cut off, images get cropped wrong, and a video is too long for one network and too short for the next. Most scheduling tools only solve the second job, and only for the usual networks.
What we built
Postrooster is our own product, and the most automation and AI heavy software we have built: one place to come up with content, make it with AI, plan it and publish it to every network at once. SolwareX made all of it. The name, the rooster mascot, the website, the app, the e-mails and the legal pages, multilingual from day one.
An AI Studio that turns a website into content
Paste the address of your website and the Studio reads it, learns the brand and writes a brand kit: what you sell, who it is for, your tone of voice, your selling points, your colors and your call to action. From there it keeps coming up with post ideas, three at a time, each with a hook, a scene and a caption, mixing talking videos, short clips and images so the feed never repeats itself. The Studio is built and in testing ahead of its launch.
Honesty is built into every prompt. The people in the videos present or explain, they never pose as customers with results, and the AI never invents reviews, numbers or quotes. Behind the scenes, an admin report tracks what every AI run costs and which creators, voices and places people actually use.
13 networks, each through its official channel
Every network has its own way of logging in, its own rules and its own review process. Postrooster connects to each of them through the official route, never with shared passwords or workarounds, and knows exactly what each one accepts.
Automation that runs by itself
Behind the scenes, background jobs keep everything moving without anyone pressing a button.
- Every minute, posts that are due go out, on the minute, in your own time zone, and never twice, even when two runs overlap
- Every 30 minutes, access to the networks is renewed before it expires. When a network wants you to log in again, you get an e-mail and every affected account is flagged
- Every two minutes, AI runs in the Studio are checked and finished, and results are copied to private storage the moment they are ready
- When a network has a hiccup, Postrooster tries again by itself after 1, 4 and 16 minutes. If it still fails, an e-mail with a link fixes it in one click
- Right before anything goes out, the post is checked again against the network's rules, and any problem is explained in plain language, per account
Plan it like a project
- A planning board where posts move from idea to draft to ready. Drag a card onto the Scheduled lane and it is planned
- A month and week calendar, with a three-day view on phones, where you drag a post to another day or time
- A queue that shows each post going out live, account by account
- A separate workspace per brand or client, each with its own accounts, board, calendar and Studio
An assistant that writes in your voice
Stuck on a caption? The built-in assistant writes a draft for your audience and in your tone, with your choice of length, hashtags, emoji and call to action, and words it should never use. Save those settings once and every draft sounds like your brand. It runs on OpenAI by default, with Claude built in as an alternative that one setting switches on.
Privacy you can check
- The keys to your social accounts are stored encrypted and never reach the browser
- Disconnecting an account also withdraws Postrooster's access on the network itself, wherever the network allows it
- A permissions page explains, per network, exactly what Postrooster can and cannot do
- Uploaded images and videos are deleted from our storage as soon as the post is live everywhere
The result
Postrooster is live at postrooster.com in free early access. Getting there meant registering developer apps with the networks and building to the review rules of Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn and Pinterest. The AI Studio is built and in testing ahead of its launch. This is the kind of work we take on for clients too: software that runs a process by itself, with AI where it saves real time and connections to other platforms that keep working long after launch.
